I ordered the cafe mocha with cool whip on top and Everytime I got one not one time did I get the cool whip after paying the extra .50 cents. I find this unjust being charged anyhow considering on their website it states it automatically comes with it, doesn't say anything about having to pay extra for it! This place has gone downhill from when I lived here 7 years ago. My daughter, who still lives here said they do it to her every time she goes there, but she's not one to speak up. I would advise checking your drink before pulling away if you choose to order anything from them!!February 10, 2017
